We try to give information about each sauce in a way that is unbiased and neutral focusing on the following categories:
Price: $ (under $5), $$ ($5-$9), $$$ ($10-$15), $$$$ ($16+)
Base: What is the foundation liquid of the sauce
Heat level: We have found this is objective, so our level is in comparison to the other sauces we tried on a scale from 1-5, 1 being mild, 4 being VERY hot, and 5 = pure pain.
Pepper: What's the source of the heat
Flavor: We try to describe what it tastes like
Source: Where in the world the sauce is from and how it's produced
Certification: Kosher Certification, Organic, etc.

Pepper: Habanero, also a bit of Horseradish (technically not a pepper but does help the kick)

Comments: Frank's is the OG. So many people's first hot sauce love was Frank's. Yes, it's mass produced by French's who does the Yellow Mustard and has nearly the same ingredients, but it has it's place in Hot Sauce History.

Flavor: Smooth complex heat with a hint of ginger and lemon
