Sriracha - Why so many?
Granted there are equally as many variety of cayenne pepper sauces (think Tabasco, Frank's, Texas Pete, etc.), but at least they try to make themselves a little different. Yet there are hundreds of brands making sriracha and dozens in the kosher world.
A bit of history
It also started with Mr. Tran and Huy Fong

When it became a sensation in America, kosher companies followed suit.
There are now more than 150 kosher products containing the word sriracha.
